Qualifications * Extensive experience in US and Canada Payroll Law, SOX & ACA compliance, GAAP, Payroll & Payroll tax (multi-state and local), general ledger, internal controls, process documentation, project management of implementations, global payroll, expatriate payroll, human resources, 401K plans, medical plans, and commissions/bonus plans * Successful supervision of 3-8 employees for the last 13 years * Literate and well spoken, able to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor even under pressure
