Description
• Charged with a broad range of duties that include monitoring the contractor’s progress in fulfilling the technical requirements specified in the contract, maintain administration records, approves invoices, and monitor reports to confirm the contractor is meeting the terms and conditions under the contract. In charge of both West and North Zone projects. • Utilize leadership skills to manage department budget, work closely with building and zone management teams to coordinate scheduling of future projects. • Demonstrate expertise to review contractual documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions and other provisions. • Apply stellar negotiation skills to negotiate cost and price based proposals within business goals, respond to audits, and document the substance of discussions, agreements and results.
