Summary I have operated equipment on a drilling rig. I have knowledge of Microsoft office using computer's on a daily basis doing reports, payroll, interviews, critique employee's annually, and outside work etc. I basically kept the rig running for the company to be prosperous. I saw myself as a results-driven, skilled Assistant Rig Manger, focused on achieving success and increased productivity through improvements in operations, quality, safety and administration. I see myself as someone who excels at building teams and enforcing a high level of quality in the management system. Accomplishments I was promoted from Driller to Assistant Rig Manager after twelve months of employment. I planned, directed, coordinated, and assigned manpower to efficiently meet production requirements. I supervised both the day and night shift operations with more than 20 drilling and maintenance staff.
