EXPERIENCE SUMMARY: Specialized experience in systems training, network operations, network design and documentation development. I have performed Performance Testing, Test and Evaluation (T&E) of DOD Information Systems and Defense Messaging Systems ground and satellite messaging system software/hardware, Web Based Systems and various circuits, systems/circuit training and operations of U.S. Government Telecommunications and Commercial systems. Circuit support to include circuit Turn-UP testing, line conditioning test and circuit and equipment installs. Install and test various software packages and configure for desk top/laptop computers. Perform formal classroom systems training. Developed various types of system, training, procedural and report documentation. My experience includes Federal customers, such as all Branches of the Department of the Defense (DOD), U.S. Customs Service (USCS) and Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). My commercial projects have included Quality Assurance Testing, life cycle system testing, user production support for Web Based and other various types of communication systems, Operations Specialist I, Data Scrubber, and Network Provisioner for MCI WORLDCOM, the American Red Cross (ARC), and Voice Stream Wireless.
