Summary: * Expertise in collection, processing, review and production in connection with litigation matters, collected and preserved documents in the eDiscovery process system to prepare for document review and data analysis. * Provided oversight and guidance in all aspects of ESI including: identification of custodians, their locations and the data storage devices they use, not just for e-mail, but for other data as well, in addition to identifying custodians who may have left the organization but were there during the relevant time period, preservation, harvesting, processing, culling, reviewing and producing the e-discovery.
