I have over twenty seven years' experience in Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Housekeeping and Security Management. This includes ten years as Maintenance Director at The Inns of Evergreen Nursing Home Corporation in Baltimore Maryland. A position where I was allowed to establish a preventative maintenance program, partake in numerous state surveys and provide quality assurance checks on several of their sister nursing facilities. I remained in this position until the decision was made to move my family to Florida.
