Nett on counter IED defeat through train, advise and assisting US and Coalition forces in a combat environment capturing current techniques used by enemy forces against friendly forces. * Advisor to unit commanders and leaders in Iraq on assessment of unit level readiness through evaluation of soldiers while conducting combat training and operations. * Trained Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) on IED detection, defeat, marking and rendering safe potential IED threats by showing current enemy known TTP's and lessons learned from EOD teams in Iraq. * Identify counter-IED capability gaps and provide recommendations on potential solutions. * Provided support for the execution of JIEDDO strategic actions supporting the integration of multiple Joint IED Defeat solutions throughout DoD and to multi nation coalition forces while deployed in Iraq. * Interface with Combatant Commands, joint organizations, and OGAs on actions related to Joint IED Defeat initiatives, site exploitation, atmospherics and forensic analyses. NCI Warrior team managing six FSR employees supporting the 82nd ABN DIV covering all aspects of training and FSR support to the units on the use of Nett Warrior system. Responsible for writing weekly monthly AAR's and trouble ticket reports on the Nett Warrior program that reflects the actions of a Six man team at the Ft. Bragg site. Planned supervised and executed a fielding to 3rd BDE of the 82nd ABN over 500 Nett Warrior power upgrade kits and software upgrade to the Nett Warrior EUD's with no issues and finished the fielding ahead of schedule receiving accolades from the Command group for the BDE. * Created a training plan for Nett Warrior that has produced a train the trainer program used at the BDE level to help produce instructors within the units creating force multipliers. Managed all SF Directorate administrative for both civilian/ military training and tasking requirements from the Commanding General to ensure compliance and support of Special Forces training within Special Forces Training Group. * Overseen a board to select the language assignment and MOS assignment for soldiers upon being selected for Special Forces training based on the needs of the SF regiment. * Ensured that the doctrine for Special Forces Qualification course was being followed in the MOS phases by spot checking on training at all levels of the Special Forces Qualifications course. * Planned the meeting weekly for the office of Proponents and managed the schedule of the SWCS Commander and Sergeant Major ensuring all task were met for the office.
