Duncan has 41 years experience in the Hospitality, ( Hotels and Restaurants ), Tourism International Airline and hospitality Not for Profit Industries. In the past 18 years whilst owning and operating various resort hotels, restaurants and B&B's, he has been involved with running a successful non profit company, whose focus is poverty alleviation, skills provision and job creation for youth.
