Accomplishments * Recipient of 3rd quarter 2007 Leadership In The Spotlight Award * Over two months, during two separate two week periods of dark time: transitioned out the Lance Burton show and staff to Jabbawockeez and Frank Caliendo shows, requiring the creation of a new stage crew department, hiring staff, and modifications to the theatre, while maintaining the scheduled performance dates in the interim. * Oversaw the construction of an 800 seat temporary structure in the Monte Carlo parking area, transitioned the Jabbawockeez show from the theatre to the structure while remodeling the Theatre for Blue Man Group * Opened Blue Man Group in the new theatre * After taking over direct supervision of AV and Production Services team in 12/2012, increased operating income by 12% the first year. Exceeded yearly budget goals by revising pricing strategies and changes in FTE's * Lead the FOH team for Blue Man Group show to 11 straight weeks as number 1 for friendliness scores among sister properties * Opened new entertainment activations and events in the Blvd. Plaza at Monte Carlo * Diversity Champion, Summit to Excellence Graduate
