Responsible for full project life cycle coordinating all aspects of the deployments including DPMO intake OFA submittal national cross team coordination 3rd party vendor management executive communications as well as compliance analytics and reporting. Projects included national B1Encryption (Cavalry) HD to the Demarc (Hospitality) HD uDTA wall-mount (Hospitality) MPEG 4 trials (Cavalry) HD uDTA for SMB DTA UI trials (Cavalry). * * Under contract with the Comcast Advanced Video Products group as Senior Program Director for the Rapid Development Network program. The effort focused on development and deployment of My Account and other customer facing applications built on the Active Video Network platform and designed to deliver highly interactive applications to legacy set top boxes. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program including Agile application development engineering and Head end deployments Product roadmap and scheduling cross team coordination including 3rd party vendor management and executive communications. We have deployed 20 applications the most recent of which is an interactive customer Service application that is currently available to 150,000 STB's across 50,000 accounts in the Chattanooga market.
