Summary: Manage infrastructure projects for various departments at Kroger. The projects range from small capital only projects to full PLC projects. I currently handle 15 - 20 projects at a time that are in various project stages. I manage infrastructure, application and facilities projects. Monitoring the project timelines, scope, risk and budgets to make sure they are completed on-time and within the allotted capital amounts. Summary: Supported projects for Wintel and Unix platforms for 3 major datacenters for a Fortune 500 company: server builds, upgrades, re-images, software installs, etc. Worked with server development team to implement projects and verify scope. Managed server administrators to implement projects. Summary: Completed numerous IMAC projects nation wide for Siemens customer Washington Mutual. Managed hardware installs, software upgrades and customer move projects. Coordinated with change management to reserve IP addresses and update INS files for PC's that are located in a banking environment.
