Over thirty years of construction management experience in coordination, supervision and training of on and off-site design/build staff and personnel engaged in estimating, scheduling, cost and document control, procurement for execution and close-out of projects. Participated in leading construction management teams in the bidding and execution of design and construction for the oil and gas, marine, hospitality and commercial building industries with projects ranging from $1 million to over $1.7 Billion. Extensive interfacing with customers, owners, architects, and multi-disciplined engineers in both the government and private sectors; negotiations with clients and subcontractors; proposal, inquiry and contract writing have all been a major part of my career background.
