SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical and service related experience as a Property and Casualty Agent / Account Executive/Sr. Account Administrator managing a $500,000 to $2,000,000 Revenue Book of approximately 15-20 diverse high level clients which required expertise handling of their broad insurance needs and exposures. * Assists 2-3 Sales Executives/Producers with their new business goals by meeting with clients, reviewing their insurance needs and developing the best products to propose to them. * Excellent client face to face interaction by using my insurance experience and abilities to build confidence and loyalty. * Responsibilities include in person renewal proposals, pre-renewal review and summary delivery. * Ability to respond in a calm and positive manner by phone, email and in person to negative or volatile situations by being responsive and understanding. * Willing to think outside the box to come up with solutions for difficult situations regarding my clients and or department needs. * Hands on knowledge of day to day contract review, certificate issuance, change request and endorsement processing in a timely manner. * Comprehensive marketing and carrier knowledge in regards to negotiating the broadest coverages with the best pricing for my clients. * Responsible for carrier commission negotiations as well as rounding of accounts with additional insurance products as well as keeping my clients informed of changes in the market place. * Coverage knowledge and policy form reviews for comparison of the best product to propose to my clients.
