SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: In 2010 Rhoda joined the Colliers Property Management Houston team transferring her skills, expertise, staff and properties from her position of Vice President of Property Management Operations, Yancey-Hausman. Rhoda Fertig is experienced in all areas of commercial real estate property management including full-service accounting, tenant leasehold improvements, pricing and construction, maintenance, budgeting and cost analysis on all office, industrial and retail property types. Rhoda supervises a team of managers and assistants with over 130 years of property management experience, plus a full in-house maintenance staff with over 50 years of experience! Rhoda herself has over 30 years' real estate experience. She has managed property for Yancey-Hausman since 1995 and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. She takes extreme care to listen to her clients' needs as well as keeping up with trends in property management, and stays up-to-date as a licensed real estate agent and as a member of the Texas Association of Realtors. Her consistent drive and work ethic make her a stand out in tenant relations and new client development.
