Circuit Implementation Team (CIT) member responsible for the activation of circuits awarded through the competitive bid and DTS-C contract process. Upon notification of new circuit assignement notify the TSO Points of Contact at each location of the new circuit delivery. Ensured that all data concerning circuits are input into and tracked through the local database. As Assitant Lead assigned new circuits to other team members monitored their actions and provided inputs to customers vendors end users and Govt reps. Tracked and provided bi weekly reports on all Competitive Bid circuits being worked completed ready for use overdue discontinued canceled exercise circuits and NS/EP actions. Responsible for the installation of digital cable service for customers. Installed and programmed digital cable boxes performed connects and disconnects. Installed terminal drop from telephone to service delievery point. Kept daily log of activties. Responsible for identifying switching issues and recognizing problems requiring resolutions
