& Qualifications: Mr. Frasca has over 35 years of construction management experience. Mr. Frasca is a proven leader and has served as a Project Manager Quality Control Manager Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) and Project Superintendent for U.S. Navy U.S. Army Corps of Engineers U.S. Air Force U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Department of Labor California State University and various local state and private clients. He has been responsible for the supervision of dozens of design-build and construction projects simultaneously ranging in value from $90,000 to $20 million. He has extensive experience with administrative / institutional buildings small and large scale building additions remodels and renovations hotels retail stores and restaurants. He oversees personnel and equipment and is responsible for estimating scheduling the work coordination of subcontractors and material procurement. He ensures compliance with the safety and quality management and assurance of task orders/projects. Mr. Frasca is a trained experienced professional and his past duties have included Site Safety Management and Safety Manual development. He has an intimate knowledge of EM-385-1-1 and enforces all the rules and regulations contained therein. He attends project meetings helps to resolve potential delays reviews all submittals and facilitates contract completion and closeouts. He assists with the evaluation and monitoring of the Quality Control Program to prevent design deficiencies and track design conditions throughout design and construction.
