Contingency infrastructure established utilizing AVAYA skill sets. Standardized Call Delivery process throughout Deposit Account Services, allowing for better customer experience, workflow improvements, cost savings, and improved contingency support. Medallion Stamp Enterprise Wide Audit Issue - Lead project to identify gaps, target state for Medallion Stamp application. Fortified Financial Center procedures regarding when to provide Stamp to customers. Created business rules for Stamp usage and Claims reporting. Oversaw development and roll out of transaction entry forms. Process implemented for approx. 12,000 associates at 4000+ FC. Prior to roll out there were losses totaling around $300,000. No losses have been recorded since implementation in 2014. Created approx. 30 detailed process flows and control plans for Business Process Management. Identified key process controls and established upper and lower specifications. Updated procedures as part of process flow reviews. Created SharePoint surveys to be used to track control functions.
