PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Continuously licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana for 40 years. After 22 years in private law practice with emphasis on business defense, mineral and real property title examination, I served the State of Louisiana for the last 18-plus years, providing a vigorous defense of the public's interest in the Shreveport Office of the Litigation Division, Office of the Attorney General. After the last 8 years as Office Chief, I retired from that office. I desire to offer my experience and skill set developed over the years in case-fact assessment, investigations, client and witness interviews, thorough case preparation, attention to detail, negotiations, mentoring less experienced attorneys in preparing a client's case for professional representation (in court if necessary), and provision of an appropriate resolution for the client's issues at interest.
