SUMMARY I have a strong interest in the automotive industry and I am able to communicate and instruct as well as learn new techniques. I have strong knowledge in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. I have a vast knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to explain the systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding. I am able to communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and address and resolve their complaints on a customer friendly level.
