SUMMARY Extensive civil litigation experience. Tried in excess of 100 cases to verdict in State and Federal Courts. Litigated cases before various administrative agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor and Industry. Current practice areas include employment law/employment practices liability (EPLI), premises liability law, auto law (including UM/UIM), product liability law, as well as, transactional law. Past practice included defense of auto, product liability, premises liability, professional liability claims, including medical malpractice, legal malpractice/lawyers professional liability, and construction litigation. Management experience- Partner for 16 years and a member of a three-person management team at O'Malley, Harris, Durkin & Perry, P.C. Currently managing solo practice.
