SUMMARY Talented and motivated scientist with industry experience in assay development, hit validation and high throughput screening of small molecule antagonists towards onco-immunology targets. * Ph.D. in Immunology with 2 years of postdoctoral experience in human T cell biology. * Extensive experience in techniques like multi-color flow cytometry, FACS sorting, primary lymphocyte and DC-T cell co-cultures, T cell proliferation and apoptosis analysis, intracellular cytokine staining, real-time PCR, ELISA, ELISpot, western blot. * Well experienced in processing and isolating lymphocytes from human peripheral blood and murine and non-human primate immune and non-immune tissues. * Hands-on experience in working with lab adapted strains of HIV-1 and SIV.
