Shipping & Receiving manager Oct. 2015 - Present San Francisco California I serve as a confidential assistant for the store manager in relation to personnel issues. This title/trust holds me responsible to offer assistance in office budget and fiscal matters. I am to maintain records of office expenditures in my department which include telecommunication utilities supplies payroll of employees I administer and software. Arrange for ongoing policy and procedure training and personal development for each team member. * Serve as an efficient first point of contact to manage day-to-day budget/financial issues Transcribe reports on the personnel administer to give the store manager for further evaluation. The reports identify each employee's strengths and weaknesses they also contain a tracking performance appraisal for the store leadership to utilize when making a decision in promoting or reassigning employees. * Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. * Taught the ability to collaborate with team members and teach new concepts in an effective manner. * Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs expectations and provide opportunities for ongoing development. * Conduct complex investigations and audits involving possible violations of law rules and regulations. * Training development and execution for new operations staff and recurring training program for existing staff. Provide administrative oversight as a timekeeper by processing an attendance and leave program through a software application that constituted time of attendance for hourly wage pay biweekly. I am responsible for submitting this information to the regional office to be sent to the payroll department.
