Full Time employment as an Access Control/Security Guard CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES 20 years plus: 1) Active Secret Clearance 2) Knowledge of all equipment used for IDS, Amag, and video Monitoring systems. 3) DSN correspondence procedures, communicated with other Military Bases for information concerning parts and services. 4) Knowledge of U.S. Navy correspondence, policies, procedures, and message preparation. 5) Receiving and filing visitor request, properly purging all PII materials and invalid visitor requests 6) Monitor the facility with video surveillance equipment, IDS, and by physical rounds interior and exterior. 7) Reporting and making trouble calls on building's rooms, A/C units, lighting, etc., performing minor repairs when able to save on trouble calls, as well as be the P.O.C. and ensure that the trouble calls were completed. 8) Perform Daily, inventory on keys, badges, and combinations to restricted spaces. 9) Created Security Procedure Book and responsible for the updates. 10) Over 20 years successful supervisory and management experience by training new Access Control/Security personnel, assigning specific tasks, on call 24/7 to all Access Control personnel working in Bldgs. 848A/848W/850, and performing updates and pms on Security equipment in our office. 11) Computer proficiency includes: Microsoft, Office, Word, and PowerPoint, Paint, Electronic mail, Dbase III and IV, Fedlog, and form Tools. 12) Have correspondence with Military, GS, and Contractors through email and by phone
