ACCOMPLISHMENTS Staff Development. Launched well received program of Correctional Staff to develop courses pertaining to Special Housing Unit for expectation of rules and regulations. Mentored and coached staff to reach the next level in their career resulting in a 60% increase in productivity. Resident expert on all correctional and security issues. Eliminated, redesigned, or restricted posts which were not essential and did not provide maximum utilization of assigned employees. Developed and maintained Institution Contingency and Breaching plans, and implemented these plans when actual emergency situations occurred. Completed all 12 mandatory FEMA courses in Safety with the Bureau of Prisons. Spearheaded the overall reconstruction of the correctional services staff and inmate population after the death of two inmates at USP Big Sandy in my previous position as Captain during 2006 - 2007 PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I am a motivated honest, and trustworthy individual who will work efficiently under pressure and make sound decisions.
