Summary: * Years of experience in the Clinical Nursing Environment include Case Management, Quality Assurance Coordination, Psychiatry/Health Home, Home Health-Nursing, and variably, a veteran Registered Nurse. * Experience in reviewing and analyzing referral information in consultation with the individual, health team members, employers, family, legal representative, and claims/insurance personnel as indicated. * Experience in completing pre-authorizations for health services, intensive case-management, client home and community visits providing medical support and client education, audits, office inspection. * Experience with intake assessment, insurance verification, medicating patients, Med - Health education, conducting individual/group therapy, addressing Psycho-social issues, Independent Monitor/Contractor, etc. * Formally categorized as Care Manager III after credential evaluation in the District of Columbia regulatory Board.
