To gain employment working in the culinary field in a position that is challenging and where I can contribute my extensive work knowledge to provide an exceptional dining experience. I have 12 years' experience working on Silver Seas Cruises ships. Silver Seas is an award winning, all inclusive, ultra-luxury 5 star cruise line. I worked on five of their fleet of 6 ships, feeding between 100-540 people 24 hours a day. All work areas were held to USPH standards. The crew and I were mandated to follow the cuisine and food safety regulations of each country the ship visited. I worked in the main restaurant and specialty restaurants on board which served French, Italian, Japanese, and a Hot Rock Grill.
