QUALIFICATIONS: * Over twelve years experience as Property Manager * Bilingual: English & Spanish * Experience with Boston Post MRI and Yardi * Ability to navigate basic computer programs such as Word and Excel spreadsheets * Able to handle effectively conflict resolution * Comfortable working with people of diverse ethnic and socio economic backgrounds * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Team Player
