Sr Windows Systems Engineer/LAN Support CAREER HIGHLIGHTS * I have been recognized repeatedly by my employers for outstanding customer service. * I received an award (from Children's National Hospital) "In Recognition of Outstanding Results-Oriented Performance. Awarded on April 17, 2013" while working on a high profile project involving the migration of a legacy MS Exchange 2003/2007 email system to a new MS Exchange 2010 email system. * Closed a security hole in the Exchange 2010 infrastructure involving 1600 employee cell phones and tablets accessing the email servers without security protocols. I helped design and implement a secure mobile access solution using "Mobile Iron". * Migrated a 10,000 mailbox Exchange Server 2003/2007 infrastructure from bare metal boxes to vm's on ESX hosts in VMWare 4.1 without mailbox support from Microsoft. * 2011 - 2012 Designed, built and deployed a "Windows Server 2008R2 Active Directory Forest" for hosting "Exchange 2010 Hosted Email Services" for client businesses. Designed and built multiple "Exchange Server 2010 SP1 /Hosted Mode" servers.
