Areas of Expertise: * Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance (QA) process, Software Test Methodologies and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC). * Scrum work strategy, Scrum meeting, Scrum board creation, Scrum story point and Iteration. * Experience in working waterfall model, V-model and Agile software development environment. * Experience in working with Insurance, Utility, Technology Verticals, Payroll, HR and Timekeeping system * Testing on a variety of operating systems, including: Microsoft based products (Windows) and Mac OSX distributions IOS and Android devices, and various browsers including Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari * Testing on web applications including troubleshooting of web sites using developer tools * Write and manage test cases in test case management tool and Test Plan validation with Stake holders. * Document and manage defects in issue management tool and update status in project tracking tool as well as slide share for quarterly review to management. * Expert in functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, user Acceptance, load, volume and stress testing. * Experienced in Reporting and Tracking Defects using Bug Tracking tool such as HP ALM, Jira Zephyr, Log Capture from ADB tool and Xcode. * Solid experience in developing and Executing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Data and Test Cases. * Experienced in automation testing using, HP-Mercury Quick Test Pro, Perfecto Mobile, HP ALM, Load Runner JMeter. * Strong background in functional testing with the ability to design and develop comprehensive automated test strategy and test cases. * Solid experience in maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to measure the testing progress * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team members. * Training for Agile Methodology and Scrum was provided for my team members. * Organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to understand and communicate technical information. * Expertise in problem solving and bug tracking reports using Bug Tracking tools HP ALM and Test Director. * Experience with REST API testing, JMeter and LoadRunner for performance Test. * Organized, attention to detail, self-motivation, personable, multi-focused and ability to meet project milestones and deliverable dates. * Ability to prioritize critical situation, Project Milestone, deliverable dates, work independently as well as in a Team successfully. * Expert in reviewing defect tracking meetings with the team members and coordinated with project development team. * Excellent Communication, analytical, interpersonal and trouble shooting skills.
