Accomplishments: Successfully administered and enforced the Food and Drugs Act and Food and Drugs Program resulting in a 22 per cent improvement in the Public Health Care of Guyana. Significantly improved staff morale and teamwork, resulting in 20 per cent increase in productivity and overall production. Overhauled organizational reporting systems resulting in 25 per cent increase in more timely and accurate reports Minimized downtime by thirty per cent (30 %) of Scientific Equipment by providing cross-training of employees on all equipment and maintained and improved quality by instituting Preventative Maintenance Programs.
