Qualifications: * 20 years of experience within the Mental Health Industry * 11 years of experience owning and managing a boarding home for adults with mental disabilities * 2 years in servicing and training staff on Assault Management and Crisis Intervention * Confident decision making as liaison between clinical, professional staff and consumers to guarantee safety and continuity of care * Fostering relationships and team building through employee support, achievement, incentives and hard dedicated work ethics * Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and execute solutions by assessing situations and using proven techniques * Proficient working with others in a fast paced and hectic environment
