Chevrolet Dodge/Chry/Jeep) * Possess the" related sales" skills necessary to maximize labor and parts sales ensure customer concerns are properly documented and all dealership service and maintenance schedules are adhered to * Previous works shop management roles allow me to ensure work shop efficiency and team work based on complete understanding of those roles and how what is needed in delivering complete repair orders * Cross trained and proficient with Reynolds and Reynolds Access and Ignite Systems and ADP * A "self-starter" who takes the initiative to complete manufacturer required training courses in classrooms internet and "webinards" to achieve platinum and gold level certification * Consistent deliverer of high CSI results who encourages clients to complete the surveys and willing to work with difficult clients to a satisfactory result * Detail oriented and ensures all paperwork and documentation is complete error free and can withstand audit
