Highlights of Qualifications * Over 20 years Construction Manager experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical and steel construction industries with extensive experience in atmospheric tanks and piping. Provide management and leadership in all aspects at the project site. Supervise and schedule all construction and piping activities specific to the current project. Responsible for the development, planning and design of piping systems as well finding appropriate solutions to maintain, modify those systems. * Ten years Pressure Vessel & Piping design experience, to include field gathering requirements, walk-down P&ID's, field sketch isometrics, convert sketching to CAD drawings and updated database, cost estimates, material take offs for refineries, petrochemical and pharmaceutical facilities in the USA . * Broad experience in ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Pressure Vessels and Process Piping B31.3, API 510,650, 653,1104, NDT and A.W.S. Welding, ACI Code for Concrete standards. Management and Organizational Skills * Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct organizational studies and evaluate, design systems and procedures conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals. * Plan, organized and direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems. Skilled in all Microsoft Office Project, Vison, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Analysts products and in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads. Responsible for Over-sighting multiple phases of a project of approximately $15 million dollars. Responsible for all aspects of construction, bid solicitations and evaluations, cost estimating, scheduling, construction oversight, inspections, payment approvals, and project closeout. Consult with other employees on the proper integration and requirements for timely completion of work as planned. * Met with the appropriate authorities at the City of Corpus Christi The Port of Corpus Christi and the Texas Department of Transportation to negotiate right of ways and building requirements. * Maintains a progressive and consistent photo log of job progress to include underground utilities and off site taps under-slab rough in of electrical plumbing & reinforcement structural steel rough framing and in wall MEP and H.V.A.C final building site and roof Completed Construction Projects Successfully completed a one million barrel crude oil terminal project with a capital value of over $90 million: The project consisted of nine API 650 welded storage tanks 140' diam X 45' tall with internal floating roofs API 1104 2 miles 18" pipeline Eight 400 HP vertical turbine pumps with 30" pipe and valve manifolds 24" pipeline to three dock systems for ship and barge loading
