Description
with Responsibilities included conceptual modeling, design of ECR units (Electron Cyclotron Reactors). These systems produce high-density plasma for etching and chemical vapor deposition on silicon wafers. More specific duties included design and detail of Mass Flow Controller layout, Magnetic Containment Assemblies, Main Structural Frame, Turbo and Main Chamber Supports. Managed manufacturing of components for Plasma Quest customer drawings were done on SunSpark UNIX Station. Produced publication quality photographs along with documenting design changes and testing procedures of all Reactors at different stages of development.
