COVER LETTER: Dear SIR or MADAM, Regarding: Qualified Candidate As a highly skilled professional in the field of electronics and system integration, I have the specific background in electronics design, test, and failure diagnosis to provide the ideal capability needed for today's high tech industries. I would like to work where experience, knowledge and creativity are appreciated. I have the experience, work ethic, and ability to perform and contribute at many levels within an organization. I have worked with some of the best people in the world in the past and can bring the success traits I've learned to my new activity. I've enjoyed being part of many successful projects and IPTs (Integrated Product Teams) from design through to production. I've supported initial prototype designs, development, transition to production as well as the production phases of projects. I've also been involved in the repair and maintenance of fielded products. I trained in and used many of the methods of TQM (Total Quality Management) and Six Sigma including the use of fishbone diagrams as part of root cause analysis and design of experiments to resolve and perform failure analysis and corrective action. My leadership skills are solid. I enjoy leading small teams to design or produce products. I believe my experience in leading teams is the defining factor I bring to a new project that many others cannot. I am comfortable working with many types of individuals, always trying to respect the depth and breadth of their disciplines and experiences.
