SUMMARY OPERATIONS MANAGER Responsible for tracking and scheduling training requirements for over 10 Active Duty Supervisors assigned to 231ST Transportation Company Managed Army Training Requirements Resources System and Defense Travel Management System disseminated fragmentary and Operational Orders received from upper Management developed Combat Training to include areas of maintenance, planning, support, and evaluated training programs for the Company act as primary liaison between managers and supervisors to provide guidance for day to day operations scheduled mandatory training for Employees, supervisors and managers for career development, and provided recommendations for training. Qualifications include over fifteen years of management experience ranging from small teams to large departments. SUPPLY SUPERVISOR Receives, inspects, loads segregates, store, insures, delivers and turns-in organizational supplies and equipment maintains personal clothing records prepared Company supply requests maintained direct accountability of high dollar value supplies and equipment's directed supply personnel in establishing supply and inventory management functions served as Upper Management General Purchase Card Holder performed duties ensuring food service accounts are maintained and paid in a timely manner.
