HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS I have worked in the Automotive Repair business for about 20 years, even owning my own business for a while, till I went into Manufacturing. I have worked in Manufacturing facilities for about 25 years. About 7 years in Manufacturing as a maintenance mechanic. The last 18, almost 19 years I have worked as a Building Facilities Technician Lead, in charge of 4 chillers, Cooling Towers, multiple boilers, pumps and related equipment. Multiple rooftop units, Preventitive Maintenance Program, Large supply Air Handlers, Large Air Compressors and Air Dryers, DI water systems. Also have been using the Alerton Building Control system that monitors 3 different buildings for equipment failure, that notified me by phone, and could use my laptop at home to adjust or change perimeters, or turn on and turn off equipment.
