SUMMARY: Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, train employees as needed, and verify all requirements are understood by employees. Excellent organization and time management skills while performing work with minimum supervision. Experience with Inspection Plans, Quality Assurance/Control Plans, Research and Development and Engineering Projects. Hands-on experience in the proper use of inspection tools inclusive of micrometers, calipers, height gauges, surface plates, dial indicators, gauge blocks and pins, thread gauges and other common measurement equipment as required. Additional experience with optical comparators, and hardness testers, cosmetic evaluation, and other advanced test methods.
