Description
Summary: * An experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in the wireless industry performing troubleshooting, integration and provisioning of wireless equipment's. * Performed troubleshooting and installation of both Ericsson and ALU equipment's. * Performed Network Verification/Fault Management (Alarm Checks). * Performed system configuration and installation, verification (Quality, COP, AMS, Admin process.) and commissioning/Integration practices for the equipment's. * Experience working with both ACAT and CANOPI databases. * Experience in creating tickets for troubleshooting issues with the equipment', Strong experience in performing testing of products using GPS, RF, RSSI, and LAN technology among others. * Vast experience with testing the wireless cellular products/ technologies (CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE.) Uses of Database platforms such as but not limited to QXDM, QPST, PERL, BREW, EFS Explorer and Others. * Excellent experience in setting up and configure test environments using standard WLAN hardware and network systems * Good experience with Software/ Databases such as Advanced MS Excel Word Perfect, PowerPoint, GSM & GPRS Rehome field-testing, BSC to BSC. * Good knowledge of CDMA Analog to Digital conversion, Decommissioning of Ericsson BTS cabinets for UMTS field deployment * Able to scratch load DUG's, DUW's, and DUL's on-site per Ericsson's protocol On 1.9 and 2.5 LTE platforms. * RF Frequency testing & quality control inspections for Sony USA Corporation. * Rehome drive & call testing, E911 field-testing and troubleshooting. * Handover test calling and net monitoring from channel to channel and sector to sector.
