Summary: * 2 Years Major Account Manager/Technical Sales Rep * 5 Years as Business Manager/Business Development Manager of Catalyst Services * 4 years Turnaround Coordinator including Planner / Scheduler experience * 16 years Chemical Manufacturing Operations / Project experience * 2 years Data / Stores experience * Hardworking, Self-Starter, Highly motivated, Excellent Communication skills Qualifications: Experienced in the Refinery, Petro-Chemical and Chemical Industries, Skills include: * Extensive knowledge and experience working with Production, Maintenance and Contract personnel during Turnarounds and Projects. Experienced with working in a team environment and leading a diverse workforce, including multiple crafts and contractors. * Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and personnel both orally and in writing. * Identify trends, gaps and opportunities in Operations and Maintenance activities. * Develop plans, schedules for Operation and Maintenance, to include execution and close out. * Coordinate with Contractors to ensure they comply with all Plant policies and procedures * Training of personnel for existing units, turnarounds and projects. * My first commitments are to safety and the environment, I possess strong skills in troubleshooting, problem analysis, decision making and conflict management, particularly in high stress situations. * My key competencies are interpersonal skills, results-oriented leadership and innovative, with a drive for continuous improvement and flexibility. * I am proficient in using personal computers including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. * I am an experienced, hardworking, loyal and committed person with a strong interest in Operations, Projects and Turnarounds in a manufacturing facility.
