Description
Developed and implemented reporting requirements for new federal reporting for customers for ACA (Affordable Care Act) to Infinium Payroll and HCM applications. Provided design programming and QA for semi-annual upgrade releases for both Payroll and HCM products. Infinium provides Payroll and HCM updates for all U.S. Federal payroll needs for customers. Also provided same for all 50 US states Canada Federal Province and Quebec specific every 6 months. Each release could include changes in paycheck income and deduction calculations payroll ledger reports W2 W2C W4 1094 and 1095 forms Quarterly wage and unemployment reporting annual wage EEOC reports New hire reporting. T4 T4A RL-1 and ROE (record of employment) for Canadian reporting. Provided resolution to any reported customer defects to software. Performed all required tasks to deliver corrections based on time and severity of issue including but not limited to defect duplication design of requirements needed to correct issue coding to correct issue QA of others work installation testing using Install Anywhere product. Assisted Support team deliver patches to customers. Created detailed training power point and recorded presentations for off shore staff in India
