SUMMARY: *Extensive management and diversified experience in Design/Coordination/Supervision, including Mechanical/Piping Design utilizing the following: AutoCAD, Rebis 3-D AutoPlant, Isogen Cadworx & Microstation Ver. 7, 8.1, & 2005. Intergraph PDS, 3-D modeling in Microstation 2005, Tri-Forma and Plant Space. *AutoCAD layout/Design of Refineries, Compressor Stations and Pipeline Metering Stations Design, layout, and checking of refinery tanks, towers, coker units, sulfer units, firewater, underground, Water/Waste Water Plants & Ultra Pure Water Skid packages. Sump, Lift Station Piping, Yard Piping, Tank Design, Pump skids, R.O. Skids, Ultra Filter Skids, Combined Cycle Power Generating Stations. *Supervision of Design Group, Including, hiring, firing, distribution of workloads, project scheduling, material estimating, budget management, performance reviews and coordination of activities between with Engineering and Design . Responsible for creating Department Drafting Standards, training and assisting in ISO 9000 Certifications. * Field experience including Cathodic Protection design in London for North Sea and Water Flood design in Egypt, 6 months assignment Australia 3-D Designing/Modeling WWT plant, piping. Plant "as builts", turn arounds, rack walk downs. 6 mos. at Lawrence Livermore Labs in San Francisco working on NIT Laser Bay targeting Chamber.
