Accounting Analysis tools for all aspects of Financials Long-term project for Manufacturer developing standard costing strategy and cost center budget analysis. Extensive analysis of manufacturing overhead fixed and variable costs that was later summarized in detailed Excel spreadsheets. Communicated to Board of Directors my findings and helped evaluate difficult make/buy decisions. Phase II of project involves migrating cost data to a standard cost and implementing into ERP System.
