Qualifications * 10 years maintenance experience * 8 years welding experience * Experience working with heavy equipment * 10 years supervisory experience * 8 years experience in set up and training in CNC Boring Mill operations * Training experience * Forklift and Crane certified * Certified Carmen * Osha 11 trained and certified * Railroad Hazmat Train the Trainer Certified * Taken Leadership training * Member of the Safety Committee * Keep track of production numbers and insert in spread sheets * Lean Manufacturing * CPR and First Aid Trained * First Responder * Oracle * Word and Excel * Set schedules and manpower as needed * Work with fab shop reading blueprints and laying out parts * Quality control * Change for different components in orders with minimum downtime
