QUALIFICATIONS I am a restaurant professional with 30 years of experience in front of house operations. I have performed every job within this area of food service, at every level of restaurant. I have been a restaurant manager for 15 years, and a general manager of fine dining steakhouses for 6 years. As a general manager, I have increased check average and profit margin in all of my venues. I am also a level 2 sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. I have performed as a floor sommelier, a wine and beverage director and a wine distributor.
