Quality issues related to Samsung RAN Network elements including OAM equipment within Sprint LTE Network, to include issues within OSI Model and IT-based solutions. SPECIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Primary role was supporting Sprint Samsung LTE network with proactive approach to ensuring all SLAs are met. Also requested to upgrade all eNBs within Sprint prior to departure. Front-line support in Severity 1 and 2 situations to provide actions necessary in recovery of all network elements, including RAN, Core and Backhaul. I have trained subordinates and peers in RAN support for many years. I had also trained the Core and 3G teams for crossover support. Worked in the field as well in the office supporting Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Dobson and many independent networks ensuring best network performance Saved Nortel $161,000 by repairing a cell site (BTS) destined to be replaced under warranty. Managed a project designed to find potentially hot wiring terminal blocks and prevent loss of service due to resultant fires. Found a "hot-spot" at customer's site in Denver, CO a fire was imminent saved the customer down time, loss of facilities and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.
