Thank you in advance for taking the time to look over my credentials. I am reaching out because I have just started my search to switch my employment to the San Diego area. Although I really enjoy many aspects of my current position and the people I work with, the many years of commuting to LA are getting to be a bit too much. My family and I have discussed in great length the need to seek employment closer to home. We would much rather see the five hours of commuting time be added back into a job and our family. I am currently employed at Loyola Marymount University with the title of Studio Operations Administrator where I manage 4 departments and over 30 employees. I have a great deal of experience in multi-department and employee management as well as customer/client/vendor service. I create and work within budgets regularly and delegate effectively. I am hands–on, a good troubleshooter and streamliner and have an ability to see problems before they arise; I am also a quick learner. I feel my experiences can meet, exceed and be adapted to most any management position,.
