* Recruited and hired 3 high-potential assistant managers including one who advanced to store manager. * Awarded HR "Store Manager of the Quarter" out of 150 in the territory for top results in all HR metrics. * Appointed workload planning captain for the region - led all 20 stores in forecasting staffing requirements. * Drove loss prevention audit scores to 96% and 98% - the top 2 audit scores in the region in 2016. * Lowered inventory shrink from 2.24% to 2% surpassing the company's expectation for shrink improvement. * Served as regional point person for training and troubleshooting the time & attendance scheduling system.
