Henry Walters has over thirty years of digital instrumentation and control system maintenance and system engineering experience at several Nuclear Power Plants. Knowledgeable in various network monitoring and management devices and technologies. Henry is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional-Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP) and has spent the last seven years gaining Nuclear Cyber Security Project Team experience. Henry is a Cyber Security Consultant experienced in all aspects of Nuclear Cyber Security Program development. Specific areas of knowledge include Information security and risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery planning. He has extensive experience providing project management/leadership and coordination as a Cyber Security Consultant for Dominion's nuclear fleet including extensive consulting at North Anna and Surry Power Stations. Henry has held several CSAT and CSIRT qualifications such as Cyber Security Specialist, IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Engineering SME. Henry is very experienced in Cyber Security risk assessments, security control analysis and program, policy & procedure development. Henry also has an extensive fleet level knowledge in cyber security training program development, defense in depth protective strategy development and other requirements consistent with NRC Regulation 10 CFR 73.54. Responsibilities have also included oversight of multi-disciplined teams, client interface, and project coordination to support NRC, and NERC/CIP compliance. Henry has a working knowledge of NEI 13-10, NEI 08-09 rev.6, NEI 10-04 and NEI 10-08, NEI 10-09, NEI 04-04, Reg Guide 5.71 and NIST SP 800-53. Henry has held and currently holds a Nuclear Power Plant Access Clearance at several Nuclear sites and is in the Critical Group. He is a member of InfraGard and other security organizations.
