Experience Summary * Nomura Research Institute ITSA, Inc - on-boarded as a consultant (12-month contract), after 5 months I was offered and accepted a full-time position as a Sr. Project Manager. Within 14 months of employment with NRI ITSA, I was offered the position of PMO Manager. I am currently accountable for leading a dynamic team of professionals in the delivery of a 60+ million dollar SAS model solution for main order process & master maintenance, multi-phase 3-year project. This effort will include moving several applications from our current data center to Oracle AWS Cloud environment. * Systemware Professional Services, consultant as a Sr. Project Manager with Neiman Marcus Information Systems Infrastructure managing multi-million dollar projects around systems and data architecture. Project Management responsibilities included successfully handling several efforts at once, managing project scope, time & resources, budget, quality, risk & issues. Maintain relationship with Managed Service groups and third party vendors, managing all project communications. * Sabre Holding, Inc. delivered multiple Agile projects ahead of schedule, below budget and without any issues being reported from external customers during Customer Acceptance Testing or Post Production. Project Mgr. Lead for 1.8 million dollars 12-month project as well as managing projects ranging from 300 - 5200 hours. Responsible for managing/coordinating multiple teams in Global locations for delivery of TPF/Web Service/Open systems development within the Airline Ticketing and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) lines of business * GameStop, Inc. responsibilities included setting the standard for delivering mutually agreed upon business requirements for the Distribution Center systems team. Participated in all phases of the software development life cycle including package and custom development, taking system-related business requirements through to implementation, in addition to providing post-implementation support utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodology. * Commercial Metals Company Recycling Division, assisted with defining, documenting, implementing and supporting "Business Best Practices" & "Standardized Business Processes" (SOP). Extensive end to end experience of the application project life cycle from documenting requirements in detail to testing, understanding the end user needs and understanding what software can and cannot do and communicating that between the business and IT all the way through deployment and go live support. Able to clearly and concisely communicate the needs of the business and the end user functionality and translate that into IT terminology. Possess additional experience as Credit Union New Account/Loan Officer, Branch Accounting Coordinator/Controls/Compliance.
